 y days in Harrisburg.\n\nPA-CHD will be joining and strengthening PCIC’s
  efforts in Harrisburg this Fall during their PA Capital Lobby Days.  EMR
  and EMS have taken on a larger roll in the informational role we play inf
 orming Lawmakers of the harmful and sometimes deadly effects that EMR can
