 On Tuesday\, July 9th\, the US Court of Appeals for the 3rdCircuit will he
 ar arguments in Stephen Krahling\, et al v. Merck &amp\; Co Inc. Merck whi
 stleblowers have provided compelling evidence of fraud by Merck in an effo
 rt to protect its exclusive license for MMR vaccine in the US.\nWhy is thi
 s so important? The lower court has ruled that whether or not Merck commit
 ted fraud does not matter. The CDC continued to purchase the defective vac
 cine so any fraud on the part of Merck is immaterial. This ruling is a di
 sgrace.\nIn collaboration with Children’s Health Defense (CHD) we will b
 e rallying outside the courthouse on the morning of July 9th. We need you
  to be there with your friends and family.  The last thing Merck wants is
  any attention brought to this important issue.\nThis case is being heard 
 as our new award-winning film “Protocol 7” hits theaters across Nor
 th America. “Protocol 7” is a dramatized account of Merck’s miscond
 uct. The film will play exclusively in Regal movie theaters in the Phil
