  ON THIS AND CONNECTED EVENTS.\nRutgers was one of the first universities 
 to mandate the COVID-19 shots\, even for online-only students. CHD sued on
  the behalf of 13 students. The case was dismissed in Trenton. An appeal w
 ill be heard in front of a three-judge panel\, tentatively set for Tuesday
 \, June 27th.\nCHD is organizing a large rally to support the plaintiffs a
 nd attorneys and to let the judges know informed consent must not be denie
 d\, especially regarding experimental gene-targeted therapies that have no
  public health value.  Space in the courtroom will be limited but we expe
 ct to have at least 30 seats available for supporters.\nWinning this case 
 is extremely important and it will have an immediate impact in the states 
 covered by the 3rd Circuit: NJ\, DE\, PA\, the Virgin Islands\, and perhap
