You can get Medical Freedom Added to the PA Constitution
HB 2013 states:
“The right of an individual to refuse any medical procedure, treatment, injection, vaccine, or prophylactic may not be questioned or interfered with in any manner. Equality of rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged to any person in this Commonwealth because of the exercise of the right under this section.”
PA State Rep. Russ Diamond and PCIC’s Capitol Area Leaders discuss key points about THE BILL we’ve all been waiting for – A Joint Resolution Proposing An Amendment To The Constitution of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Providing For Right to Medical Freedom. If this very important amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution is passed, it would bypass the Governor and be voted on by the people as early as the spring 2023 election.
