Yes. He is the Chief Legal Counsel and Chair of Children’s Health Defense. [Note: As of 4/2/23, Mr. Kennedy is on leave as CHD’S Chairman and Chief Legal Counsel.]

Is Children’s Health Defense an Anti-Vax organization?

No.  Children’s Health Defense is a health advocacy non-profit organization.  We lobby and file lawsuits to remove unsafe products and pollutants from our environment.  “Anti-Vax” is a term coined by Big Pharma and their agents in the public relations industry to stifle debate on vaccine safety.  Children’s Health Defense is not against the use of vaccines, anti-biotics, or any pharmaceutical that has proved to be both safe and effective.
