Your FEDERAL representatives:
- Find your members of congress based on your address. When you have your results, it is just a few clicks to reach a page where you can phone their office or email them!
- Locate your U.S. senators’ contact information.
- Find just your federal district representative.
- Contact President Joe Biden online, or call the White House switchboard at 202-456-1414 or the comments line at 202-456-1111 during business hours.
Your STATE government representatives:
- Get in touch with the Pennsylvania Governor. To contact Governor Josh Shapiro with a question, comment or concern, just fill in the form.
- Pennsylvania State Legislators .
- Pennsylvania General Assembly.

Philadelphia City Council meeting schedule and agenda. Speakers interested in participating in public comment at the next meeting scheduled may call 215-686-3406 by no later than 3 p.m. the day before next meeting and must submit the following information:
• Full name (including proper pronunciation and spelling)
• Identify the bill number or resolution number that will be addressed (You needn’t address any agenda item to speak but that is what’s required to register)
• State whether you support or oppose that particular bill or resolution
• Callback telephone number where you can be reached
