Here at the Pennsylvania Chapter of Children’s Health Defense we’ve received several accounts and pleas for help after parents have had their child pressured and threatened to receive a medical intervention that was not agreeable to the parents or was an attempt to cut off a parents wish for a second opinion. In many of these cases escaping the confines of a hospital or medical center has been a frightening challenge.
These cases vary significantly but ultimately they represent an unethical exercise of power often engaged with a religious level of zeal and condescension. Below is a special presentation from CHD TV which is a vital watch for any parent or caregiver to take in.
