Attorney for “mask mandate” for Pennsylvania Schools Talks about RTK Law

Attorney Chad Schnee has argued several cases before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to including his successful repeal of the “mask mandate” for Pennsylvania Schools.

Schnee has served clients in a wide variety of matters, including, among others, labor and employment law matters, municipal issues and guardianship matters. He is also an authority on Right-to-Know Law issues, having worked in the office of open records and having authored several editions of the definitive guidance on that statute: The Right-to-Know Law: A Practice Guide, published by PBI Press. His successful litigation strategies have been hailed as “innovative” in the Philadelphia Inquirer, and Chad has appeared on the Megyn Kelly Show and various radio programs to discuss his work.
