Brutal Winter Weather Won’t Stop The Philadelphia Freedom Coalition From Rallying and Marching

The Philadelphia Freedom Coalition held its first rally and march this Saturday in the midst of the worst winter storm of the season.  The rally was held even in the face of a Nor’easter with temperatures in the teens and snow squalls.  The City had declared a snow emergency and Independence National Historic Park had closed all its facilities.  At least three dozen people showed up regardless.  Don’t Tread on Philly and the PA Chapter of Children’s Health Defense set up tables with plenty of hot beverages.  There were a range of speakers from Lynn Landis of Health Alert Philly to Maj Toure of Black Guns Matter.  After a two hour rally the group marched up Market Street to City Hall.
