CHOP, PCR Testing and Student ID

Did they create a new system to integrate the data and student DNA?

I was digging through right to knows(RTK’s) that were shared with me, looking for any information on Covid testing in school districts. Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) was involved in the pilot program for Covid testing in schools

.

The key thing to remember, when you sign the consent form to allow your child to be tested, you are consenting for that sample to be used for further research. Below is an example from the Concentric by Ginkgo k-12 covid testing program that is implemented across the country. Testing is still currently under Emergency Use Authorization, you have the right to refuse to be tested, 21 U.S.C 21 360bbb 3(e)(1)(a)(i-iii).

Dr. David Rubin, of CHOP was emailing a group of people discussing Covid testing and integrating a new data system that would include teacher and student ID’s, CUE machines and PCR testing. I have some questions about CUE machines and the possibility of them being able to extract and read the DNA. Scrolling through the CUEhealth website I can’t help but notice how they have tests that collect saliva, blood and urine, you know samples that contain DNA. They use these samples to promote preventative health and used to detect disease.

We need to know if there is a possibility that DNA could be uploaded from the CUE machines by using the PCR test in schools for Covid testing. Next we need to know if schools were matching up the DNA profile with the student ID and then housing it in a cloud service to be nationally or globally used for research. Could this be the data system they are developing for the project?

I wanted to know who Vijay was and what the role entailed as the lead. I found the LinkedIn profile. I found it very concerning that their job is to digitally transform and globally recognize a healthcare system. This project needs to be looked into further and we need to ask questions and demand transparency with the project. Will this information eventually be used as part of the ESG score (social credit score)? It is also concerning the collaboration with the Intermediate Units (IU’s) on the project.

Also noticed on the LinkedIn profile, “Stealth Startup.” This sounds like a way to hide new tech not only from competitors, but from the general public as well. Maybe some RTK’s need to be filed about this new data system. It reminds me of a program with the NIH called RADx which is funded by billions from the federal government to find and innovate the newest tech for Covid testing.

They will sell you that this research is needed for more sustainable health and for the betterment of society. Though that may have truth to it, we need to look at the flip side and what else can they do with our samples. We need to protect our children from constantly being used for research.

I will update the SubStack, if more information comes in.
