The Vax vs. UNVAX Bus Stop in Pittsburgh, PA

From Diana Campbell of Health Freedom Pennsylvania

On September 11, 2023, the CHD Vax-Unvax Bus made a stop in western Pennsylvania in Moon Township.

It was a beautiful day filled with people with a variety of stories all centered around vaccine injury, pharmaceutical and government overreach, and lies and gaslighting. But also some great happy stories of how some of these people recovered from their vaccine injury while others reported about their experience of being unvaccinated. (Alive, well, and happy.)

From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., the bus sat on Beaver Grade Road in Moon Township, PA, while cars drove up and down that busy road. Some people stopped to see what was going on.

There were Polly Tommey and the CHD bus staff, local volunteers, movers and shakers in the health freedom movement, and wonderful live music from Mike Stout and a beautiful saxophone played by Dan Heasley.

A children’s tent was set up to make birthday cards for Polly (as it was her birthday, so we got to also share that special day with her) as well as talks by locals in western PA on topics about informed consent, food and nutrition, legal battles, vaccine exemption information, and of course, Dr. James Lysons-Weiler for speaking out on his research on vax vs. unvaccinated children.

Amy Rafferty, and Stephanie Coxon from Pennsylvania Coalition for Informed Consent (PCIC) were there in support and spoke on the use of fetal cell culture use in vaccines. Celania Jones, the Pittsburgh coordinator for the Weston E. Price Foundation spoke as well.  Among other notable attendies was J. Jay Couey, Ph.D. a staff scientist for Children’s Health Defense.

James Lyons-Weiler during interview with Polly Tommy

I, Diana Campbell, along with my family, shared our family’s story of my vaccine-injured daughter’s recovery and compared the health of both of my vaxxed and unvaxxed children. I know that because of my daughter’s vaccine reactions and what I learned as we helped Ellie recover from her adverse reactions and how she saved her brother’s life by receiving even one dose of a vaccine.

Polly Tommy’s incredible strength and endurance are key to what is bringing people together to form a strong, like-minded, and richly informed community.  The “patron saint of broken hearts” is how James Lyons-Weiler described Polly that day.

She’s been down this road once before, and she is now doing it again, bigger and better, with Children’s Health Defense.

On 9/11/23, It was great to see so many faces who have been around for a very long time in the Health Freedom Movement, but it’s even better to see all the new faces. It’s unfortunate that we sometimes must meet under this circumstance, but it’s also a great time to connect and know we aren’t alone. That there are others out there who we can turn to for comfort on our bad days and laughter on our good days when so many of us are exiled from family and former friends.

The Health Freedom Movement has become family here in Western Pennsylvania, and Monday, September 11, 2023, was a family reunion. Thank you, CHD, for making that happen for us once again.

A special thank you to all who came out and told the story, presented, and volunteered their time that day in some way.

A community event that was a success thanks to Tere Brusca who helped organize the day’s events and interviews for Polly on the CHD bus, Dr. Linda D’Eramo for hosting the event at her functional medical office and purchasing lunch for everyone who attended from The Crack’d Egg in Pittsburgh, Dr. D’Eramo’s staffer and also the Founder of Health Freedom Pennsylvania, Diana Campbell and her husband for organizing and preparing the building and grounds for the event, and some other great volunteers who need to be mentioned for their dedication to the event as well, Jennifer Young, for sticking around all day to help make sure people were ready to speak on the CHD bus, Shane Chesher and his wife, Dana, and Blanche Heidengren, for dedicating the whole day to set up, helping during the day with anything anyone needed, and also staying to the very end when the bus pulled away to help clean the place up. So many moving parts happen before and after the bus event, and we must never forget those people who help make the day wonderful from beginning to end.  Special thanks to the South Hills Pittsburgh Support Group who helped calm and direct traffic at the event.
