15 Minute Cities an Important Part of a Future Control System?

A quick look at the dystopian conspiracy of 15 minute cities inspired by the “Climate Change” gov/media narrative. If 15 minute cities are so great…. why do they need the Draconian surveillance?

SMART City/15 minute city concepts are primarily about surveillance and data collection which if properly utilized might help curb energy use and pollution.  However, like the 5G roll out the massive increase in energy that is needed to run new equipment, store and process the mountains of new data that will be use to harvest this information is never tallied.
