Rally Against College Mandates! CHD v. Rutgers U. at 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals

Rutgers was one of the first universities to mandate the COVID-19 shots, even for online-only students. CHD sued on the behalf of 13 students. The case was dismissed in Trenton. An appeal will be heard in front of a three-judge panel, tentatively set for Tuesday, June 27th.

CHD is organizing a large rally to support the plaintiffs and attorneys and to let the judges know informed consent must not be denied, especially regarding experimental gene-targeted therapies that have no public health value.  Space in the courtroom will be limited but we expect to have at least 30 seats available for supporters.

Winning this case is extremely important and it will have an immediate impact in the states covered by the 3rd Circuit: NJ, DE, PA, the Virgin Islands, and perhaps the whole country.
